As we expand into underwriting UA growth funding, we’re seeking a Finance Director to lead financial operations, credit strategy and contract management—offering a clear path to CFO.

The Role

This is a high-impact leadership position for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit risk, financial forecasting and contract management. You'll own financial operations, ensure scalable growth and help shape Metica’s long-term strategy.

As we scale, you'll build and lead a finance team, drive strategic decision-making and position Metica as a market leader in gaming finance.

You Will

• Develop and implement credit risk frameworks, underwriting policies, and lending limits.
• Monitor portfolio health, detect early warning signals, and ensure risk-adjusted lending.
• Oversee financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance, pricing accuracy, and invoicing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, credit checks) and mitigate financial risks.
• Support investor reporting and provide insights on capital allocation and growth strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team as Metica scales globally.

You Need

• Expertise in credit risk, financial forecasting and compliance (KYC/AML).
• Strong understanding of customer contracts, pricing structures and invoicing.
• Hands-on experience in startups, banking, credit hedge funds or lending platforms.
• Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and leadership capabilities.
