Arya's AI concierge helps couples invest in their relationships and love life, both inside and outside the bedroom, promoting healthier, stronger relationships.

We are seeking a sharp and resourceful Senior Associate to help scale our operations across sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. You’ll be in the trenches daily, driving systems, partnerships, and workflows that will power our next stage of growth.

You’ll be the right hand to our Sr. Ops Manager—deeply embedded in day-to-day execution and strategic planning. This role serves as a launchpad to a Management position, with real ownership and the opportunity to help shape how we scale.

🔍 Sourcing

• Manage vendor relationships, lead times, and product updates
• Support product discovery with our Content team, including sampling and vendor vetting
• Evolve Arya’s in-house line (Bedtime) and streamline packaging across SKUs
• Onboard vendors, negotiating COGs and terms with guidance from Partnerships

🧾 Purchasing

• Manage items, BOMs, and POs in Airtable
• Track payments, credits, and reconcile vendor accounts
• Communicate purchasing forecasts to suppliers and keep order logs current
• Flag customs issues and provide delivery updates to the team

📦 Supply Chain

• Analyze inventory trends and align buys with forecasted demand
• Track inbound shipments and address delays with freight or vendor partners
• Conduct QA on inventory and coordinate resolution with suppliers
• Optimize inbound/outbound workflows in partnership with warehouse leads
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to assess supply chain performance
• Support long-term initiatives, including 3PL evaluation, vendor consolidation, and automation opportunities

• Preferably NY/NJ-based, who is comfortable working remotely but able to visit and collaborate with our warehouse team in Bergen County, NJ.
