Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Restaurant Booker to manage restaurant reservations across Korea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling 50+ restaurant bookings per week via phone calls and web reservation platforms. This role requires a native Korean speaker with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate reservations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact restaurants via phone and online reservation platforms to secure bookings and maintain good relationship.
• Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and reservation statuses.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding reservation updates.
• Handle last-minute changes and special requests professionally.

Requirements

• Native-level Korean proficiency (written and spoken).
• Business-level English proficiency
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.
