WHAT IS TIMELEFT ?
Timeleft is more than an app; it's a revolution against big-city loneliness. Launched on May 1, 2023, our unique concept of dinners with strangers in major cities has quickly become a weekly highlight, offering genuine human connections.
Every Wednesday, we host over 7000 strangers in 500+ restaurants across 95 cities in 18 countries. As we expand our reach, we're inviting dynamic individuals to join us on this journey.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ?
Timeleft's mission is to fight urban loneliness, one dinner at a time. Following our explosive growth in 18 countries over the past 14 weeks, we are continuing our expansion into South-East Asia. We're looking for a dynamic person based in Bangkok, with a strong knowledge of SEA cities and cultures, as well as the agility to make Wednesday evenings unforgettable.
You'll be responsible for launching Timeleft in multiple countries within SEA, starting with Thailand. Yes, that's quite a challenge! But no worries, no travel plans needed, everything can be managed from the city where you live.
Your mission will be:
1/ Experience Management:
Lead partnerships with top restaurants, ensuring that every Wednesday night turns into a memorable dining experience for over +1,000 strangers each night in SEA.
2/ Growth and influence:
Collaborate with influencers and the growth team to amplify our reach and solidify our brand through creative campaigns.
3/ Partnership and communication:
Enhance Timeleft's visibility through media relations, curated newsletters and strategic brand collaborations.
4 / Event organization
We're going to launch a new Timeleft format, for 200 to 300 participants, more festive than our famous Wednesday dinner. You'll be in charge of creating it from scratch and making it a success in the major cities under your management.
5/ Budget management:
Use your allocated budget to engage influencers, create brand experiences and recruit freelancers, growing the number of weekly participants.

REQUIREMENTS
- An easygoing person who likes to meet new people, knows all the good places in town and spends more time outdoors than at home.
- Mandatory : you need to know Slack and Notion inside out.
- Bonus: if you know a bit about Zendesk, Meta Business or Figma.
- You must have a good understanding and ideally practical experience of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, or in influence marketing.
- You must know how to manage a business plan and be good with the google sheet tool.

- If you are selected, a 30-minute video call meeting to present the project in more detail and explain what you will have to do and answer your questions.
