Chief of Staff, Growth (Product, Sales, and Strategy)
Location: Los Angeles, USA or London, UK
About Stash:
There have always been platforms, like app stores and consoles, getting in the middle of gamers and game developers (did you know they take 30% commissions on each in-app purchase?). Stash sees a future in which developers can be their own platforms for the first time by delivering excellent direct-to-consumer experiences. We offer game developers a suite of tools that enable them to directly sell to and engage with their players, including web shops and custom game launchers. Founded by Twitch co-founder Justin Kan, Zynga executive Robin Chan, and Googler engineer Dan Borstelmann, building great game experiences and successful companies is in our DNA.
Role Overview:
As Chief of Staff to the Head of Product, you’ll act as a strategic partner and operational right-hand to the Head of Product to drive growth across three areas of Stash: Product, sales, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

-
Strategic Operations:
Assist in defining and implementing company and product strategies in collaboration with leadership.
Identify and address inefficiencies, improving processes to scale operations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced operational role in a startup or tech environment.
Comfortable working autonomously and wearing many hats—scrappiness and resourcefulness are essential.
Proven track record of project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to travel to meet stakeholders or attend industry events on occasion.
