Growth & Partnerships Manager
Parallelz
Sales & Business Development
Toronto, ON, Canada
About Parallelz
Parallelz is building a new way for mobile apps and games to reach users. Our platform transforms native mobile apps into fully-native web experiences in real-time, without any SDKs, code changes, or engineering effort from the developer.
We're a venture-backed, deeply technical team building category-defining infrastructure for the mobile ecosystem.
About the Role
Parallelz is hiring a Growth & Partnerships Manager to accelerate our go-to-market strategy and commercial expansion. The role works closely with the Founder’s Office on both the strategy and the execution: shaping how we reach developers and publishers, and contributing to the broader growth and partnerships agenda.
This is a generalist commercial role with a domain spike in gaming. It's well suited to someone with 2-4 years of experience in gaming, with curiosity about how AI is changing the way Go-To-Market gets done.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery, qualification, and partnership conversations with mobile game developers and publishers, managing the full pre-deal lifecycle from first touch through signed partner and onboarding handoff
- Source and qualify developers through outbound prospecting, conferences, referrals, and inbound leads, using AI-first systems to multiply the surface area of account research, prioritization, and outreach personalization
- Partner with the CEO and VP, Strategy to build a repeatable developer acquisition playbook, including positioning, segmentation, and pricing
- Build and own the operational backbone of the commercial motion, including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, outbound infrastructure, and dashboards that track conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline health
- Be the voice of the developer internally, feeding structured market insights and revenue-backed feature requests back to product and engineering
- Represent Parallelz across the gaming and ad tech ecosystem at industry events and conferences, and serve as the in-house point of view on what's shifting in the space
