Head of Demand Ad Operations

We are building a new category in in-game audio advertising and are looking for strong operators who can lead execution while shaping scalable processes.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Demand Ad Operations to lead Odeeo’s demand-side ad operations. This is a senior, hands-on role combining day-to-day operational ownership with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
You will be responsible for the performance, optimization, and operational excellence of all demand activity across brands, agencies, and programmatic partners. The role is based in Israel and includes managing a small team, with the potential to lead remote team members as the company scales.
This position sits at the intersection of Demand, Sales, Product, and Data, ensuring advertiser success while driving sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities

Lead and own all Demand Ad Operations activities, including direct, agency, and programmatic demand

Manage, mentor, and develop the Ad Operations team, including local and remote team members

Oversee onboarding and ongoing management of advertisers, agencies, SSPs, and programmatic platforms

Take hands-on ownership of campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis

Perform deep analysis to generate actionable insights and identify revenue and yield optimization opportunities

Build and execute growth and optimization action plans in collaboration with demand partners

Serve as the main operational point of contact for key demand partners, including escalations and ongoing optimization

Lead and support new monetization and demand-related initiatives

Work closely with Sales to support revenue growth, deal execution, and account expansion

Partner with Product on integrations, feature requirements, and operational improvements

Define and improve workflows, tools, reporting, and best practices to support scale and efficiency
Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Demand Ad Operations or Ad Operations roles
-
Proven experience working with brands, agencies, SSPs, and programmatic demand partners
-
Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem

Experience leading or mentoring team members (formal management experience is an advantage)

Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership in a fast-paced startup environment

High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
