Blast+ is hiring Tamil and Telugu short-form content creators for Rummy Twist, our free-to-play 13-card rummy game on Google Play.

What you’ll do

• Make 100 short videos a month in Tamil or Telugu
• Post each video on your YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Facebook Page
• Post 25 videos a week, max 3-4 a day.
• Use the formats we send every week, and try your own ideas too

Who we’re looking for

• You’re a native Tamil or Telugu speaker and you make content in that language
• You already make short-form videos, in any niche. Links matter more than a CV
• You have, or can set up, a YouTube channel, an Instagram account and a Facebook Page (a Page, not a personal profile)
• You edit fast on your phone (CapCut, VN, whatever you use)
• You can stick to a weekly schedule without anyone chasing you

Pay

₹15,000 a month for 100 videos (each posted on all three platforms), paid monthly. Contract role, fully remote.

View bonuses (on top of your monthly pay):

• 5 lakh+ views: ₹5,000
• 10 lakh+ views: ₹10,000
• 20 lakh+ views: ₹30,000

Views are counted across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook combined, within [30] days of posting. Each video gets only the highest tier it reaches. Tiers don’t add up
