We are hiring an AI Engineer at MPL (Mobile Premier League) to help us build next generation of interactive experiences powered by AI. This is a 0 to 1 opportunity with full ownership of the product from ideation to execution.

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience in:

1. Fine-tuning LLMs using SFT and preference optimization techniques to create consistent, context-aware interactive experiences.

2. Using adaptation techniques like LoRA to fine-tune vision models for consistent visual identity and style.

3. Prototyping with techniques like RAG, prompting strategies (e.g., Chain/Tree-of-Thought), model merging and quantization.

4. Building robust evaluation frameworks to measure and optimize for key metrics like latency, consistency, engagement, and safety.
