👀 The Role
Title: Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager (6-Month FTC)
Team: Talent Acquisition
Location: Remote within the UK
We’re looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to join Midnite on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to help scale our technical organisation during a critical period of growth. There is potential for this role to become a permanent full-time position as the business continues to scale.
This role will own hiring across engineering, product, and technical functions while partnering closely with leadership teams to shape how we attract and hire top talent globally. You’ll have significant ownership, direct exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence recruitment operations, tooling, automation, and hiring strategy as we continue to grow.
You will:
- Own end to end hiring across engineering, product, and technical roles globally (UK, Canada, Gibraltar, South Africa)
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to scope and deliver hires
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high quality technical talent
- Build and manage strong technical talent pipelines
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Coach and guide hiring managers through recruitment best practices
- Drive adoption and optimisation of Ashby ATS across the hiring process
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring performance
- Support recruitment operations improvements, automation, and AI initiatives

- Has significant in-house technical recruitment experience within scaling businesses
- Has successfully hired engineering talent across multiple disciplines and levels
- Understands technical hiring deeply and can confidently partner with engineering stakeholders
- Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple complex searches simultaneously
- Thrives in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Brings a strong focus on quality of hire and candidate experience
- Is proactive, adaptable, and excited by building and improving processes
- Has experience using AI, automation, and modern recruiting tools to improve sourcing, workflow efficiency, and hiring outcomes
- Has strong ATS experience, ideally with Ashby, and understands how to optimise hiring processes and data integrity within recruitment systems
