Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Review and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
• Identify and reach out to potential candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / trackers / Excel sheets
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
• Handle initial outreach, follow-ups, and basic query resolution
• Track candidate progress across different stages of the hiring process
