Role : Head of Engineering

We are looking for a 12+ years experienced engineering leader with a strong background in Machine Learning / AI Engineering, who can own the end-to-end technology vision and execution at KGen.

What Youll Own

• Technology Vision & Architecture :
• Define and drive the overall tech roadmap aligned with business goals
• Build scalable systems across AI/ML, backend, and data infrastructure
• Make key decisions on build vs buy, architecture, and tech stack
• AI / ML Engineering Leadership :
• Lead development of ML models, pipelines, and AI-driven features
• Translate business problems into AI-first solutions
• Build strong foundations in :
  
  

i. Model deployment (MLOps)

ii. Data pipelines

iii. Real-time inference systems

• Team Building (Critical) :
• Hire and build a high-quality engineering team from scratch
