Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Project Manager to act as the central coordination hub between our internal teams and external ecosystem partners.
This person will work closely with the AI & Gaming community team, Business Development, Tech, and Data teams internally — while also managing and nurturing relationships with high-value external clients and partners in the AI and Gaming industries.
If you excel at project management, IT service delivery, data-driven decision making, and
relationship management, this role offers the perfect mix of strategy, collaboration, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact between internal teams (Community, Business Development, Tech, and Data) and external partners.
- Manage end-to-end partnership execution — from scoping and onboarding to delivery, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the internal community team to align partnership initiatives with broader engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-quality clients and partners across AI, Gaming, and Tech ecosystems.
- Ensure smooth project delivery by coordinating timelines, resources, and communications across all stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into actionable tasks, data insights, and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare executive summaries, partnership reports, and dashboards for senior leadership reviews.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4–10 years of experience in Project Management, Partnership Operations, or IT Service Delivery, preferably within Tech / Gaming / AI / SaaS sectors.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and client-facing relationships simultaneously.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for the AI and Gaming ecosystem, with the ability to translate industry trends into strategic actions.
