Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and design assets.

● Develop high-quality marketing materials such as advertisements, social media graphics, UI Visual elements, IP design systems and email campaigns.

● Design and produce assets for branding purposes, including logos, style guides, graphics, and promotional merchandise.

● Ensure consistent application of the company's visual identity across all design assets.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, gaming industry standards, and technological advancements to continually enhance design processes and techniques.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, KGeN community and marketers, to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding design solutions.

● Participate in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and iterate designs based on feedback received.

● Maintain organised files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access across various teams..

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed university.

● Proven experience of 2+years as a Graphic Designer.

● A portfolio showcasing creative thinking and dexterity

● Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.

● Knowledge of internet culture, trends, and terminology.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback.
