We are a deep machine learning and AI company, using the latest technologies, to solve a really simple question – “which half is wasted?”

INCRMNTAL launched in summer of 2020, and developed our innovative product while working with some of THE-MOST sophisticated advertisers. We work with globally known companies as our customers and get a constant flow of interest from the press, customers, and partners.


About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and build a smart, scalable growth engine for the company. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening our market positioning, driving qualified demand, and helping translate our product capabilities into a clear and compelling narrative for the market.

The role requires someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who can work closely with sales, product, and leadership to turn marketing into a measurable growth driver for the business.

As a Marketing Director your role will be:

  • Lead all marketing activities at INCRMNTAL and take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strengthen INCRMNTAL’s positioning as a leader in marketing measurement and incrementality.
  • Maintain and protect the company’s brand while ensuring it remains relevant, differentiated, and trusted in the market.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create a smart inbound and outbound marketing engine that consistently drives qualified opportunities.
  • Drive marketing performance including MQL and SQL generation, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve funnel performance and unit economics.
  • Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives to ensure strong visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Plan, evaluate, and manage the industry events where INCRMNTAL should participate, sponsor, or speak.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social channels, with a strong focus on building industry credibility and engagement.
  • Create and manage marketing automation scenarios that support prospect education and customer engagement at scale.
  • Produce regular marketing content including articles, reports, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives with customers, partners, and relevant industry leaders.
  • Develop marketing partnerships including joint reports, research initiatives, quotes, and collaborative content.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to translate customer outcomes and product capabilities into compelling marketing narratives.
  • Continuously analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns, channels, and messaging based on data.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging developments in marketing measurement.

You will also participate in important decisions around the product, our strategy as well as have the opportunity to choose the areas you work on based on what you want or like to do the most.

We believe in helping each other get most of ourselves rather than do what we’re not interested in doing.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in B2B marketing roles, preferably SaaS, adtech, or martech companies.
  • Proven experience leading demand generation and building an inbound measurable pipeline.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to support revenue growth through inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and modern content-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure marketing impact and continuously improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.


Bonus Point:

Experience working in marketing measurement, incrementality, attribution, or marketing analytics environments.
