We are looking to hire a business analyst to join our growth analytics team. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, marketing performance, creative experimentation, and customer lifecycle management, with a growing focus on AI-led insights. You’ll drive actionable insights to guide our performance marketing, creative strategy, and lifecycle interventions, while also building scalable analytics foundations for a fast-moving growth team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented finance professional to handle end to end finance operations and provide assistance to our portfolio entities as and when needed.
What you will need
- Bachelor's Degree and/or master’s degree in Computer Science (or relevant equivalent)
- 2+ Years of experience in developing android applications
- Proficient with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different OS versions and mobile devices.
- Proficient with Java, XML, SDK, Android Studio, Collections Framework, Retrofit, Picasso, RxJava, Gson, Arch-components etc
- Familiarity with Material Design guidelines, common mobile UX patterns, and anti-patterns
- Good knowledge of Android framework activities, fragments, related life cycles, intents, content providers etc.
- Debugging skills, including identifying memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and using tools like ADB, proguard, etc
- Experience in working in an agile environment and project management tools like Jira
What You will do
- Work alongside product managers and backend team to design the architecture
- Design, build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Lead design, and implementation of customer-facing features.
- Implement new features in production across Live streaming & Creator pods
- Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development
