Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive a cross-functional content pod (content and creative)
- Lead end-to-end show performance—from ideation to launch and scale
- Define content strategy by identifying high-performing genres, formats, and themes
- Plan and execute show launches and distribution across platforms
- Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams
- Run experiments on hooks, thumbnails, storytelling formats, and distribution to improve performance
- Work with creators and production teams to align content with audience preferences
- Build repeatable playbooks to scale successful content
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content, growth and media.
- Strong understanding of short-form/video content ecosystems
- Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience managing cross-functional teams or projects
- Strong execution skills with a bias for speed and experimentation
- Passion for storytelling, trends, and digital content
