We’re looking for a passionate and creative AI Creative Producer to join our Marketing team and be part of the production of performance marketing creatives for our chart-topping mobile games.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end production of performance marketing creatives and actively use GenAI tools to accelerate ideation, testing, and scaling. You’ll work closely with performance marketing managers to reach and engage millions of players worldwide.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• Own end-to-end production of performance marketing creatives.

• Use GenAI tools to accelerate ideation and production (concept/hook exploration, visual generation, voice options, localization, variation scaling).

• Build multiple creative routes per brief (different hooks, angles, narratives, pacing, end cards, CTAs).

• Turn performance signals into smart iterations and new test plans.

• Maintain a repeatable production workflow.

• Collaborate with performance marketing managers to align on creative strategy, testing cadence, and priorities.

YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF:

• You have hands-on experience producing performance creatives for mobile performance marketing (or a strong portfolio in short-form ads with measurable outcomes).

• You’re confident with editing workflows (pacing, hook design, captions, sound design, motion graphics basics) and can ship fast without losing polish.

• You actively use GenAI in your day-to-day creative process and can explain your workflow (what you use, why, and how you keep quality consistent).

• You understand creative testing.

• You’re organized and production-minded.

• You have strong taste and attention to detail, especially for mobile-first creative.

• Bonus: you’ve worked with puzzle/match-3 creatives, UGC-style formats, localization at scale, or have built reusable creative systems (templates, prompt packs, modular end cards).
