At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards—what we call Money Moments—for things they’re already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we’re all about putting money back in people’s pockets.

What you’ll do:

• Design and own core product systems such as progression mechanics, passes, events, tiers, and time-based constraints
• Adapt proven free-to-play game mechanics into a consumer rewards app context
• Translate high-level product ideas into concrete systems with clear rules, states, edge cases, and success metrics
• Write detailed design specs and collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering
• Take features from concept through launch, live operation, and iteration
• Be accountable for how systems perform in the real world — not just how they look on paper
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience designing systems in free-to-play games or highly gamified consumer apps
• Deep understanding of progression, pacing, sources and sinks, and player psychology
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with fast iteration cycles and imperfect information
• Strong bias toward shipping, learning, and optimizing based on real user behavior
• Outcome-oriented mindset that prioritizes impact over rigid frameworks
• A collaborator who thrives in messy, high-velocity environments

• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to validate and refine designs
