Alinea is an investing app for GenZs with over 1 million users. We’re a Y Combinator backed start-up and have raised over $5.5M for our seed round from top investors including Goodwater Capital, F7 Ventures, GFR and Worklife Ventures.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Scale: Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and execution.
• Architect & Execute: Own Alinea’s technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and performance as we grow.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product, design, and growth teams to launch new features that delight our users and drive business impact.
• Optimize & Improve: Continuously refine our infrastructure, development processes, and technology stack for efficiency and excellence.
• Recruit & Develop: Attract top engineering talent and mentor a team that’s passionate about building the future of investing.

Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: 5+ years of engineering work, ideally at a high-growth startup or fintech company.
• Technical Excellence: Broad-based knowledge needed to build a collaborative, client-server application end to end.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to balance short-term execution with long-term scalability and vision.
• Execution-Driven: Comfortable in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment where impact matters more than bureaucracy.
• Passion for Alinea’s Mission: Deep interest in fintech, investing, and financial empowerment.
